Desi teenager wins letter writing contest & a purple heart

13 year old Fatima Faisal from Camillus, N.Y. recently won the regional "Letters to the Front" contest for her letter to American troops commending their gratitude. But she was in for a surprise at the award ceremony when Staff Sgt. Phillip Trackey give her the Purple Heart he received for his injuries in Iraq.
